got faith?

Our August Series, got faith? was a stroll through Hebrews 11. Faith was defined as, "responding to the Gospel – even in the midst of uncertainties." The TRUTHS we lingered on were: Faith Results in Obedience (Genuine, Consistent, Steadfast); Faith Looks Heavenward (with progressive sight we are able to...Leave our comfort zone, Live as a stranger, and Attempt the unthinkable); Faith is NOT Deterred (thus we should pursue the Promise over pleasure, persevere in the midst of danger, and pass through to Salvation with others); and Faith Navigates Rough Roads (because of our weakness, because of their unworthiness, and because of God's love for us and them).
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

These sermons can be heard HERE.

Summer 2011 Sermon Series

We have been walking through the Covenant of Grace as God unfolded to Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses and David. We are headed toward Prophecy, Worship and the Fulfillment of God's Promises of Grace.
The clear TRUTH is that God is FAITHFUL (we are not). We can experience His Promises NOW but NOT YET as we will when we are face to face w/ our Creator/Redeemer.

bpc is excited about Blythewood Baseball

We want to be a GREAT church FOR our community. One way we are living that out is at the ball park.
Blythewood Presbyterian Church is sponsoring a T-Ball Team (the Mud-Hens) and our own Rob Rogers is the Head Coach. We have 3 other men coaching at the next level up.
On top of that, our folks are covering the volunteer slots in the concession stand on Thursday Nights.
This frees up the parents to watch their sons play. What a wonderful opportunity for bpc to love on the Blythewood Community!!

Registration and release forms will be available again this Sunday - pick up at the Welcome Table or download from our website.
Unique Worship Experience
Sunday, January 16 we will have a UNIQUE WORSHIP EXPERIENCE. We will celebrate God's presence, love and Truth using different elements of worship. This will be a GREAT Sunday to participate in out of the ordinary approaches of worship : ) i am excited about how we can bring Glory to The Father in different, interactive and creative ways. Be excited with me.
